Town of Newbury (9 Basin Front Drive) – A continued NOI to construct 2 little league ball fields, 3 basketball courts, 1 skateboard area and a 55-space parking lot.
First Parish Church (100 Plum Island Tpke) – A continued NOI for a marsh restoration plan.
James Waldron (9 Basin Front Drive) – An NOI to construct a 67 sf addition and a 200 sf deck and the removal of 885 sf of concrete and cobblestones.
Certificates of Compliance:
- Kathleen Higgins (10 Riverfront) – DEP File No. 050-1079 to raze and construct single-family home
- Rosemary B. Fisher (7 Brock Avenue) – DEP File No. 050-698 to add drywells to driveway to alleviate flooding.
Emergency Certificates:
- Town of Newbury/DPW (Boston Road) – to replace/repair pipe and adjacent headwall.
